Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Dispatch Days
Monday–Friday during business hours (excluding public holidays).In-stock items will be dispatched within 3-7 business days from order date via one of our third-party freight partners, tracking details will be supplied where applicable. If your order includes pre order items, you may receive multiple deliveries. Once dispatched, you will be able to track your order with an estimated delivery date where applicable.

Delivery Notification
Your carrier will contact you 1–2 days prior to delivery. If the suggested window doesn’t suit, feel free to liaise with them directly to arrange a new time.

Important to note
Delivery windows are estimates. Timeframes may vary based on item size, delivery location, carrier capacity, and seasonal delays. Warehouses close for 3–4 weeks over the Christmas period.

Delivery costs

The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout.
