Frequently asked questions
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
Someone must be available to accept delivery. If no one is present, the courier may leave the item in a safe place at their discretion or redirect it to a local distribution centre. Redelivery may be required.
How long does delivery take, and can I choose a date?
Delivery times vary by item size and location.
Small–medium items:
Delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Specific delivery dates cannot be requested. Tracking will be provided once dispatched.
Large or fragile items:
Delivery is typically 7–14 business days after dispatch and may allow you to request a delivery date directly with the courier.
All deliveries are ground-floor or front-door only. Some items may arrive on a pallet. Disposal of packaging is the customer’s responsibility.
What if I change my mind?
Before dispatch:
Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full. Please contact hello@furnitureedition.com.au as soon as possible.
After dispatch:
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an item has been dispatched. Clearance and bundled items are not eligible for return.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Are colours and finishes exactly as shown?
Product images are indicative only. Colours may vary due to screen settings and lighting. Timber variations in grain and tone are natural and not considered defects. Fabric samples may be available on request.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact hello@furnitureedition.com.au within 5 days of delivery so we can assist.
