Welcome to The Furniture Edition. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Furniture Edition.
We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (together, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. The Furniture Edition is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

2. Our Products and Content
We have made every effort to display our products accurately. However, product colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device settings and lighting conditions.
Product images, measurements and descriptions are indicative only. Variations may occur due to materials, manufacturing processes and natural characteristics (including variations in timber grain, texture and colour). These variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, availability and specifications at any time without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for any reason (including stock availability, pricing errors, fraud prevention or delivery constraints). Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and payment has been processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has been accepted, particularly where an order has entered fulfilment with a supplier or courier.
If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale.
4. Prices, Promotions and Billing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order and will be shown in your order confirmation.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Where additional freight charges apply to bulky or oversized items, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information and to update your details as needed so we can process transactions and contact you.
5. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, third-party couriers, weather events, peak periods or events outside our reasonable control.
Delivery services for furniture may be performed by specialised freight carriers and may be kerbside or ground-floor delivery only, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Risk passes to you once delivery has been completed or where authority to leave has been exercised, in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Title to products passes to you upon full payment (unless otherwise required by law).
You are responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access to the delivery address (including doorways, lifts and corridors). Failed deliveries, redelivery or storage fees due to access issues, incorrect details or unavailability may be charged to you.
6. Fulfilment Partners (Drop-Shipping Model)
We work with a network of third-party suppliers and logistics partners to fulfil orders. While we take reasonable care in selecting these partners, we are not responsible for delays or disruptions outside our reasonable control.
Return addresses may vary depending on the supplier and item purchased. Return instructions (including the return address) will be provided once a return request is reviewed and approved in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Services (including all trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, videos and the design, selection and arrangement of content) are owned by The Furniture Edition, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
The Furniture Edition’s names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of The Furniture Edition (or its licensors). Shopify’s name and logos are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
